Pump Head

The forged stainless steel pump-head is suitable for operation with certain corrosive fluids. For special application other materials such as nickel plated steel are available. The step shaped pump head allows direct access to identical & interchangeable suction & discharge valves without having to disconnect suction or discharge piping.

Plungers & Packings: Plunger are made of oxide ceramic with high quality of surface texture & geometry, sealed by packing seals having no wear sensitive lips, thus ensuring an extremely long working life under highest continuous pressures.

■Pressure Regulator: Pressure Regulator is Flange mounted and provides step less adjustment of the operating pressure from 0 to maximum desired operating pressure. A glycerin damped pressure gauge indicates the working pressure of the pump.
