Principle Of Operation

UPPS Triplex Plunger pumps - designed to withstand continuous duty operations & guarantees smooth and trouble free performance.The design comprises the following.

• Pump Head:- The forged stainless steel pump-head is suitable for operation with certain corrosive fluids.For special application other materials such as nickel plated steel are available. The step shaped pump head allows direct access to identical & interchangeable suction & discharge valves without having to disconnect suction or discharge piping.
  
  
• Plungers & Packing's:- Plunger are made of oxide ceramic with high quality of surface texture & geometry, sealed by packing seals having no wear sensitive lips, thus ensuring an extremely long working life under highest continuous pressures. Stainless steel plungers can be provided if desired.
  
  
• Pressure Regulator:- Pressure Regulator is Flange mounted and provides step less adjustment of the operating pressure from 0 to maximum desired operating pressure. A glycerine damped pressure gauge indicates the working pressure of the pump. A separate safety valve prevents overloading.
